Have you tried to call Dennis on his cell phone ?  I have always been able to reach him, it's the number she gives you in the recording when you call the the office, I know they hardly ever answer the office phone but I always get through to his cell.

we will be trying the service next week, right now we have hughes and let me tell you they are the worst !  over priced with speeds close to dial up at times unless you pay 79.97 per month then you get 500 to 600 kbs like a slow dsl, I sure hope Thunderbird is as good as they look.
