Speed Test Lake Alyson

I have done a speed test and do it on a regular basis. Using pingtest.net I constantly get an F rating. PING TEST 987 ms / JITTER of 426 ms. Don't know what these numbers mean but it is very very very slow out here still. There are less people utilizing the service out here because of the new service providing company why are speeds still so slow? I have unplugged and plugged the antenna back in but service still is slow.

My download speed is .21 mb/s and upload is .05mb/s
