Lake Alyson internet problems

So what's going on out here in lake alyson that keeps turning off the signal?  This has been going on for a long time now, just wondering if anyone is trying to find the problem or fix it.

Oh and btw, there's a new company that will be offering cable internet out here in the spring called broadstripe, at least that's what they told me on the phone.  It's cheaper than thunderbird too, so thunderbird better fix themselves or they'll be losing a lot of dissatisfied customers, including me.

How's a guy supposed to play world of warcraft with this intermittent service?

How come you guys dont have a phone number in the phone book and when you 411 thunderbird broadband there's no listing?

Yes I'm bitter, but this has been ongoing for a year and a half now, so what's the real deal?

Re: Lake Alyson internet problems

We just recently got Thunderbird service.  Not much to complain about so far.  They did tell us they will be installing new & better radio tranmitters over the next few weeks.  That would contribute to a lot of the interruption in service.  They said that once all transmitters are upgraded, service will be better, stronger, and faster for us in the Lake Alyson neighborhood.  So, I'm just going to be patient through the upgrades and look forward to a faster/stronger connection.  :)

Also, I believe you can contact them by email at sales@thunderbirdbroadband.com.  Hope that helps!
